  Mistakenly went here instead of El Tapatio due to poor signage. The cashier didn't seem too happy to be there. Ordered the cheese enchiladas which came filled with shredded cheese that wasn't even cooked. Also ordered the nachos that had steak but was rubbery. Food was cold. Everything tasted bland. Restaurant was totally empty. Would avoid!

  Thee worst Torta that I had ever had in my life...the carne asada meat tasted very plain....honestly did not have any flavor

  Who doesn't love a great burrito? Or favorites are the bacon breakfast burrito, the carne asada burrito, the chicken burrito, and the California burrito. Their chicken fajitas are also delicious! When I'm going keto, my favorite thing is their chicken burrito with no tortilla. If I'm eating alone, I order it without, and if I'm eating with my other half, I order it on the side or just dump everything into a bowl and give it to him because the tortillas alone are delicious! Squeeze some lime and cilantro on there and oh baby!! The burritos are about the size of a lady's forearm and average around $7 each plus tax. Many people make two meals out of them. One of my friends has his jaw wired shut and was hardcore craving a burrito. He begged his friends to have one and describe it in detail for him... This is what I left him, after having gone here: "Sometimes waiting is the best part; the anticipation. Watching it being prepared back in the kitchen of the hole-in-the-wall Mexican joint... It’s a little thrill to see the split-second flash of flame that erupts from the grill’s surface when they drizzle the oil onto it. You hear the sizzling of the meat and vegetables as they hit the grill. The smells of the cooking meat, onions, peppers and potatoes do an invisible dance with the sweet and homey smell of the tortilla being heated next to it. A few tosses with the spatula and your eagerness rises. It’s almost ready! Ah, the assembly! Like watching an artist crafting something beautiful, you watch as he expertly slides the sizzling concoction of deliciousness from his spatula onto the warm tortilla. Grabbing an extra-generous handful of grated cheese, he places it atop the smoldering toppings. There’s no sprinkling of cheese here. Sprinkling is not nearly manly enough for this burrito. Drizzle some salsa over the whole deal and swiftly, efficiently, before your eyes it goes from a pile of food to a perfectly rolled creation. You laugh to yourself as he wraps it; why bother wrapping it? That merely interrupts the process of getting this perfectly delicious burrito in your mouth! But now it’s in your hands! Hot, heavy, steaming with aromas you’ve gotten a sneak peek at over the past few agonizing moments… The tortilla has some crispy, light brown spots, the skin on the outside cracking and splitting some from the contents within. That first bite… You tear into it with ravenous anticipation. The tortilla crunches beneath your teeth and instantly gives way to its inner, softer layer, and you feel the juicy heat of the seasoned meat, the soft potato and grilled onions and peppers pop every so slightly under their enamel attackers. The salsa is still a bit cool from being refrigerated before its addition to your meal, and provides a delightful juxtaposition to the heat. Cheese stretches playfully from the burrito to your mouth, and invariably ends up dangling from your chin. That glorious first bite flirts with your mouth and your taste buds are overcome with flavors. You can’t help but moan a little, closing your eyes and breathing in the steamy aromas as you chew… slowly, deliberately, allowing each morsel to play on your tastebuds. When you swallow, you feel the heat warming its way down your throat to your stomach… what a delightful and satisfying feeling. And just think, this is only the first bite… what taste adventures await you in the second?" Eat here and thank me later. 😊

  Paco's was a great stop for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; and we had all three. While on holiday we try to mix it up a bit, but we got sucked back in again and again. The food is tasty and completely reasonable. We were able to have quite the feast for around $10-15 for both of us. The breakfast chorizo burrito will keep you going well into the afternoon. The only thing I feel could use some improvement is organization at the counter and the timeliness of which they get customers turned around.
